Rafting/Floating and Prices
Transport & Accommodation
Your Rafting trip will start from and end at Rukungiri Center; at Heritage Hotel Country Club where you will be picked up. If you want to stay for the night, before or after the trip, we also recommend this hotel in Rukungiri. We collaborate with them, and you can book them through us. An overnight, including breakfast, is 200.000 UGX per room (for 2 people). From this lodge you can go for a walk, cycle, hike or join us to raft or float River Birira. Any help with transport to Rukungiri, can be arranged and will be charged separately from the rafting.
Lunch included
A freshly prepared, self made lunch is included if you take the full-day trip. You will have lunch next to one of the most iconic falls of the Birira River. If you have any dietary restrictions, be sure to mention them to us beforehand. If you take a half-day trip, we will give you a well-deserved soda or beer at the end of the trip!

Rafting Experience
We recommend joining us on a full-day rafting trip. We will do the bridge-to-bridge section of the Birira River with you. This trip will take roughly the whole day, as we will start around 9 AM and be done around 3-4 PM. A Ugandan-style lunch is included and you will have big rapids as well as relaxed sections, to enjoy the marvellous jungle and white water!
