The area around Birira River and Rukungiri has more to offer than rafting and kayaking. We also organise the most beautiful Jungle Hiking Tours of Uganda! If you arrive in Rukungiri the afternoon before rafting, or you stay the morning after rafting, and you want to take a unique look at the flora and fauna of the region, let us know! Also, for the people that would rather not join the rafting trip, this is a perfect activity.

The Jungle Hiking Tours we offer are self-made, offered by locals and new. You will not meet any other tourist along the way. If you want though, you can pass some of the villages. Be prepared to be accompanied by lots of children, who are just as amazed by you as you’ll be by them!
